We are pleased that you will
be renting formalwear for your
event and after providing many
thousands of tuxedos over the
last twenty years, we know
we need your help to make
this process go smoothly.
To properly prepare your tux
we must have accurate sizing
from you. These must be done
by a men's formalwear store
and reviewed by you for
accuracy.
Please, do not give us clothing
sizes that you normally wear
as these are not the same.
We need this card back with
a deposit at least 30 days
prior to your use date.
Please enclose your deposit of $35.00 with the sizing imformation card. Your deposit can be by personal check however
final payment at time of pickup will need to be paid in cash or credit card as we cannot accept out of area checks at time
of pickup.
You may also pay your deposit by credit card. All you need do is complete the following imformation.
